The IMS main screen provides all the functionality you need to manage active investments, syndication, historical transactions, remittances and interest calculations.

• View all the transactions carried out on a specific investment
• View the status of each investment in the portfolio (e.g. created, active, disbursed, etc.)
• Change investment mechanisms and options (e.g. buy back requirements, payment or reinvestment of interest, etc.)
• Access to important dates and interest detail
• Change payment method for remittance, frequencies, rate and rate type
• Charge fees, pay commissions, enter adjustments, post-date and back-date transactions

The system can also manage investments made by trusts on behalf of their clients. The Technicost IMS will track the individual investments but will allow consolidation to remit to the trusts only in one simple transaction. A report is also provided to the trust outlining the amounts to remit to each client-investor of the trust
