You can either define default form bundles for your loan products or build a custom one within the loan application.

The LOS then populates the information on the PDF documents for you. All fields not filled automatically are extracted by the LOS and presented to you as prompts. Using the prompts, the user can enter the information once (e.g. name of lawyer) and have it automatically appear on all the forms, in the appropriate box and where applicable.
