March 1, 2002 Technicost announces LOS 5.40
The new LOS version 5.40 introduces true Web-enabled functionality to the LOS. It is now possible to obtain an Equifax Credit report directly through the Internet, pre-formatted in seconds. Similarly, we now have a Web-enabled interface to CMHC's Emili mortgage insurance tool, allowing customers to obtain instant approval of mortgage applications. In maintaining our ongoing relationship with Cumis Insurance, we have modified our Clic interface to full Clic5 compatibility.
We have also introduced a new feature to streamline the Check Server management of accounts with the new Validation tool. Reporting is now a full featured tool that allows Loan Managers to obtain up-to-the-minute loan statistics and information.
